Homeshop18 – Product received faulty not processing refunds

This is in regards to an order placed on Homeshop18 on 1st April 2014. Order details are attached here. On receiving the product, it was observed to be faulty. Then a complains was lodged with Homeshop18 and they advised to send the product back and then the refund would be processed accordingly. The product was sent back via India Post on 11th April. Now, as per Homeshop18, they need Proof Of Delivery to process the refunds. It has been more than 3 months, and they are not processing any refunds. Kindly look into this and do the needful.
