Homeshop18 Faulty Mobile Reverse Pick Up Delayed

Placed an online order to Homeshop18 no. 955085xxx on 6th October 2014 for Swingtel SW30 Dual SIM Mobile Phone – Black and received Faulty/Non-working mobile on Oct 13, 2014.Since it was anew product with one year Warranty on it, I informed Homeshop18 (care@homeshop18.com) as well as to M/S Swingtel (info@swingtel.com & support@swingtel.com), the manufacturer and supplier of the product about the defective product on Oct 13, 2014 and asked for a replacement product. After 3 days on October 16, 2014 got reply that within 48-72 hrs the product would be reverse picked-up. Despite my several follow-ups and e-mails to Homeshop18, no action has been initiated. Finally I had asked for the REFUND of amount Rs. 1099/- paid online through credit card to Homeshop18 at the time of placing online order. I am only getting assurances that Homeshop18 has escalated the issue to the concerned department but even after 22 days, neither the reverse pick-up nor the Refund has been done.

I am looking for Refund of my money with interest on account of 1. Delivery of Defective Product 2. Deficiency in Services 3. Late/Delayed Delivery 4. Wrong Promises/Assurances 5. Invoice not provided 6. Warranty Card not filled/stamped 7. Non reverse pick-up even after 22 days 8. Non Refund of money already paid.
