I m really disappointed with the service of honda activa i had a lot of expectations but honda activa has not fulfilled my needs i have send my complaint to the workshop but customer care is not initiative of the consumer’s grievance so I have decided to send my complaints to the National Consumer Helpline, Grievance Redressal , ministery of consumers affairs , cnbc pehradaar, director of honda activa i have registered my complaints so many times to the customer care but no one is there who can contact me on this issue. i have paid Rs. 54640 /- for purchasing of Activa Honda from Dhingra Motors for Cash Peera Garhi white color and after paying a huge amount i m very much frustrated with the service of honda activa from the date of purchase to till I faced a lots of problem in my honda activa, i could not able to start the honda activa its self start switch is not working,Even sometimes i have to start the activa though the kick, but kick system does not work properly 20-30 kick made to start active, Engine Sound Problem,Alignment Problem, Wheel Movement Problem. If all these Problems are in limit May be I adjust with it But its out of Limit. kindly hearing the voice of victim kindly help me in this matter i have purchased honda activa on dated 01/01/2014 and chasis no. ME4JF501MD7527906 kindly register my vehicle in company records i want to know the replacement process , tell where should i go? who will hear the voice of customer and i have also done first service on dated 02/02/2014 and paid Rs. 200/- for gear oil and speed oil etc. Free Service Provided by You is very poor, I go for Service they wash active only no point checked by them Provided by you in Service Book Like Breaks,Horns etc. I m also enclosing the Bill of activa honda for chasis no. ME4JF501MD7527906 and i have a lot of trust in HONDA ACTIVA kindly help me in this matter.Sir/Mam There is no benefit to advertise your Product for increasing sale, when Customer is not satisfied then there is no benefit to increasing your sale even 70 crore or may be crore. I want to Replace this activa ……Because Rs. 55000/- is enough for me. I’m Belonging from Middle class Family. I Do Job For 1 year to collect Rs. 55000/- for purchase of activa….Please Sir/mam. Help me.
