I bought white colored Honda Activa bearing registration #DL9SP5459 on 29th January from Subhan Sai Honda, Vikaspuri, Delhi. I bought this activa in cash and has offered my PAN card also since the transaction was of more than Rs. 50,000/-. I offered our Ration Card which is issued in my Father’s name Shri Arjun Singh and my name is mentioned in the same ration card. Please note that ration card is printed in Hindi. I used to write my names as “Sundeep Kumar” which is supported by all my testimonials, including PAN, Driving License, Passport, School Marksheets and my professional membership also.

We wish the name to be changed from “Sandeep Kumar” to “Sundeep Kumar” in all documents e.g. RC, Insurace, and Invoices, else get us entire money we paid to Subhan Sai to buy the scooter.
