Dear Team, I am Swapnil Chavan & have purchased a bike – Honda CB Unicorn from your Honda Authorize dealer Mehak Motors also known as Mittal Motors located Seawood Nerul Navi Mumbai on 2nd August 2014. I have completed all the mandatory bike servicing’s from your authorized service center on time to time as per the company instructions but I have been observing that the performance of the bike is very poor & unsatisfactory. Same I had informed to the Honda Service center located at Nerul – LP Navi Mumbai as well, they did the performance testing of my bike 3 to 4 times but still there is no change in situation. Also bring this to your notice that I have personally did fuel consumption testing, PFA the snap of meter for your reference where you will evidently find I have reset 0000 KM trip reading meter & filled up to the full tank capacity (i.e. more than 13 Liters) approx. in which I have received only 408 KM.
