dear sir, i have a two wheeler honda scooter. here in agra SATYA HONDA offering a scheme (worth Rs.399) to customers for 2 free services+8 free washes & else. ( sceheme is applicable for customers whose two wheeler is out of warrnty) but at the time of service SATYA HONDA not doing the same. there is clear words in the scheme that nothing should be charged from customers for first two services( for customers who signed for the scheme) but SATYA HONDA issued me a bill worth Rs.238. is this the right way?is this not a misrepresentation?please tell me sir and make sure about this forgery kinds of scheme and try to make shut down these kinds of scheme.
