The details of the problems are given as follows 1-Vehical had engine problems from 1 April 2014 onwards and engine failed 2 times . 2-The company provided me with 5 year warranty and the manager Mr Venket denied use due unknown reasons and blames me the customer and claiming its the customers fault . 3-3 weeks have passed and there is no calls or follow ups raised by honda jsp even after customer visiting the premiss and calling customer care and also sending emails. 4-Unavaliability of parts causing vehicle safety issues . 5-aquiring of parts from company is being delayed. 6-The Managers approach to the customer is very hostile.With intentions to suspect the customer and cause hurt and turmoil . 7-Quality of product very poor and very defective causing life threatening consequences while riding . 8-Companys web page and telephone numbers are not useful even head office number are not responsive and operator cant communicate or provide assistance. 9-on emergencies due to engine problems when vehicle is toed to nearest dealership (Kun Honda Adyar,chennai) security personal denied use of parking lot for reasons that vehicle is from other dealership and hence cannot be parked .
