Dear Service Team, In a very anguish manner, i want to notify that even after 9+ services my bike is failing to perform the manner other bikes do. The troubles started as soon after purchases, that time the bike wasn’t gaining pickup and was getting off while driving. The service center assured that it was due to new bike and it will not occur as bike gets older and serviced as it makes engine “free”. I trusted as Honda is such a big brand and it will never diminish its brand image by cheating since in four wheelers it has made many “recalls”. But the trust already breached since thereafter too i am facing problems like non starting of bike in morning time, loosing pickup while driving (which also sometimes feel and make accident prone situation and conditions). I kindly request you to either make a recall for my bike or please make it sure to get my bike serviced at most advanced repair center of yours so as not to face troubles to me or create a life threatening product which is also responsible to hamper brand value and its position in Market. Please let my problem get resolved ASAP. Thanks and regards.
The bike looses pickup while driving or sometimes even gets switched off, which can cause accidents and is a faulty life threatening product supplied.
Either get repaired by expert technicians team since even after 9+ services it is failing to perform its best or the company should recall and replace the bike as it is causing threat to life breaching the fundamental right to life.
