Hotel. Com booked my whole trip of Thailand .All rooms were booked through tele booking. I discussed each and every dates in detail. I took 2 hrs while booking. While booking their executive booked two rooms of same passengers in different states on same day. I told her to book the same room for next date.she booked two rooms on 15 June instead of one on 16 June 2012. When I reached there I found that no room was booked for me. I contacted them but they did nothing and I was made to bear lot of embarrassment and mental harassment.

I want my money back with interest at the rate of 18 percent plus damages for mental harassment in foreign country.(ruppees 50000).
