I had booked a 2 bedroom service appartment on 06 Sep 2014 and I had paid an advance of 2000 Rs for the date of 13 Sep 2014 from 1.00AM to 14 Sep 2014 9.00AM. I had also called and confirmed many times on the same. But when I reached on 13 Sep 2014 at 1.00 AM, they denied to provide room for me and my family(child included). When asked they said there is no vacancy of rooms. Now they are not returning advance amount also and is not even ready to speak
I had to search for an alternate room at 13 Sep 2014 night, and I had to take 2 rooms at Shilton Royale Hotel which cost me Rs 18000 for 2 days stay.
