Hotel Jyothi had refused accommodation as they had not recived payment, I had made payment on dec 13th itself. We reached at 6pm , hotel manager not cooperative. Reluctantly has given letter. The confirmation letter shows clearly do not call hotel or MMT for confirmation why? We made a call to 07961602555 given by hotel jyothi from our cell 9844775008, we were in for rude shock as the person told that she is concerned with international bookings only. At 6.50pm 5th feb. Why? Further tried 18001028747 which gave pre recorded message & we were on line for nearly 15 min no reply. At 7.00pm. Sent an email no reply for about 2 hrs. With ladies & children hired a taxi in search of alternate hotel spent about 2000 on that. Mr Govindraj attended to us at last searched a hotel for us saying that a 2star property was available, with no other alternative agreed to go there , located at around 9.45pm, to our horror the hotel was in a bad shape. Photos were sent on 7 feb. another set of photos attached. Later around 10.30pm spoke to Govindraj explained the situation & he agreed to put us in a better property next day. Till today he has not contacted us. His number 7940278747 is one way, no way to contact him back. Why? One pair vacated on 6th feb 7am who stayed in room 102. Hotel suryam refused to give in paper regarding this. We hav notified on email. I got another call regarding my openion about MMT on 7th feb 12.noon in the midst of a conference session. Again disturbing me during a presentation I got a call from 1244628700 saying that why did u check in when u were not happy about the hotel. U hav to understand that when ur standing in footpath & govindraj offers a room at that hour it is natural to check in. Since this event was a National event with delegates of 7500 I had booked in adv. I hav attached the screen shots of Make my trip web site showing the tariff of Rs956 at Suryam palace, the screen shot of Jyothi shows Rs 1155. Why? I hav attached the itinary arranged by small time travel agent Holiday Duniya with was so enjoyable, unlike MMT why? Pls arrange for compensation. July 2013 I had made a payment of Rs 32000 per head 4 members, as per agreement for Phuket , after receipt of payment MMT hiked the price ultimately I had to run for refund an another travel agent organized the same trip for the same price.
