I ordered hotel 3 idlies and one vada for parcel. I received the bill I have shocked 2 idlies 26 rupees and another one idly 18 rupees and vada 24 rupees. I am saying sir one idly 18 rupees it is too much so I want to cancel it and says him I want 4 idlies he refused it and he argued it is net bill it is not possible to cancel the bill. you want another idly you pay 18 rupees for one idly. I am asking you are giving me separate parcel for one idly or to add these 2 idly parcel he says I added 2 idlies parcel and I am saying why are you asking too much cost. He was shouting me and he says our hotels pvt ltd is a big concern you go and complaint any where all officers and politicians related to our business are in out pocket. so you do not do anything against our hotel. My Bill No. is 27942, dated 31.05.2015 shift morning, Time: 7.21am Total Bill amount Rs.71.00 ( 2 idly – Rs.26.00, Single idly – Rs.18.00, Single vadai 24.00, parcel charges 2.00, Vat 12%- 1.40 so Total Rs.71.00) Please take action against the hotel to cheat the customers and teach a lesson and give a severe punishment. This hotel cheating large number of customers. Thanking you

The hotel collecting too much of money for food items. So you should control it and teach a lesson and give it severe punishment.
