Customer numbers of Hotels.com are 18605004141,18001023346, i have booked a hotel in goa through hotels.com on 9 feb 13. Confarmation Number–111714591043,same day i have made a train reservation also from irctc to goa,and i begin to review the hotel through my friends and net ,so found that the hotel is not so good,so asked hotels.com to upgrade my room,or book another hotel,so the customer care says that we cant do it from here ,u cancel the ticket and then make new booking ,i cancelled my booking on 22 Apr 13 ,,,but i didn’t got my money back,,I have called nearly 30 time to hotels.com and it is not a toll free number remember that,They said give a credit card number to refund,i am simple low middle class who saved two years money to visit goa,,,i have paid hotels.com through net banking,,now they are saying we cannot refund through that ,,why ??means u can only take the money ,,i don’t have any credit card,nor my friends,,also my date of visiting goa is coming near ,,today 12 jun 13 ,,,plzzzz help me to get my money back ,my complain numbers are REQ:M-4359698],,S-53919957,S-52570239,,M-4201566,, M-4196996 ,,M-4190568, ,M-4196996 ,,M-4175789,,last on 14 jun 13 I talked to pritam,he said that sir we have your money that is 19,345//- with us but you have to give your credit card ,,,there are some technical issues same thing what the care said two months ago.vibhajeet from hotels.com even refuse to give the complete office address,of hotels.com,Customer,on 25 may call the representattive that there other people also of same case.

I want a complete trip of goa from Agra ,,for eight days ,including lodging in at least 4 star hotel and food for all three meals ,along with the transportation fr4om agra to goa ,at least in 3AC or by air,,In the month of Nov. Or they can pay me at least Rs 2,00,000/-bcz the money interest is also in there Sir i also want you to take strict action against them as ,I think its 420 bcz they are asking for credit card,i don’t understand, why they not refund in the account ,moreover sir i am not the only one,u can pay through net banking but reverse is not there why ??
