Dear Concerned, For the Commercial Counsellor’s office of the Embassy of Turkey, I’ve ordered some furniture from Housefull International Ltd. via their website housefull.co.in. But among them the product named “cecila tv unit” and “christina sofa set” has been delivered damaged. Besides of all above, although I paid about 6000 Rupees for door to door delivery and it is said to be no extra charges to apply after all, for a reason (that is said to be 24h no entry to diplomatic area) I’ve been forced to go to the dock of courier (DTDC) in Khirtinagar and paid another 1500 rps for the delivery from dock to my door. I’ve sent my complaint to the company by e-mail with the photos of the damaged products. But they never replied. I’ve called their customer service several times and I’ve been told that my complaint has been recorded and also been told that someone called Anand ansurkar would have got back to me about the subject but anybody from the company did not called me back. Change products and reimburse the 1500 rupees of extra payment for transport. Or reimburse all the payments and take all the goods back.
