Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased an sofa set from Housefull International Ltd, on 28th april 2013 for an amount of 35680/-. At the time of delivery i got an defective piece. The problem was bought to the notice of the company but till date the sofa set has not been replaced. The company is so careless that it does not even care to reply on mail for weeks. Two time they provided an replacement but that were defective too. Now an company which is not able to provide an standard goods, is not having an refund policy and is denying to provide an refund. The company is not able to provide standard goods, and they are not providing an refund so i request you to please get me my hard earned money back.
i do not want to deal with these cheaters any more so i request you to please get me an refund of my hard earned money. I have got supporting documents but at present i am unable to provide the same, if i get your e-mail address i can provide all the detailed communication that i have had with the company employees since last three months, which shows that they are not able to provide an standard product even after they got three full chance for that.
