Airtel has activated higher end internet plan on my mobile no.9818592704 on dated 25.12.2011 without my knowledge and consent that s of higher rent 10P/10KB. 2.I am not holding an internet enabled phone at that time. 3.I purchased an internet enabled on 23.08.2013 and by default internet activated a bill of Rs 1564.00 generated. 4. When i request a lower end plan of Rs 125 for 1 GB download its still not activated and they charging since last two month.

This is fraud on part of the service provider to trap the innocent customer and charge higher end plan. 2.By doing this they are cheating innocent people and making money while. 3.Lowe end cost saving plan not activating even after request. 4.this is a case of clear cut harassment of innocent customer.

I demand to 1.Waive my bill immediately. 2.pay compensation for harassment. 3.Make a mechanism that innocent customer like me not cheated by tricks of telecom companies.
