I got robbed by roozgar.com. Description: I got call from 0120-4643950 on 7th Oct, he said that my resume has been shortlisted for job by some companies, for that I have to do online paid registration at www.roojgar.com. When I asked for genuinity, he showed me “refund policy” written under tab “term & conditions”, where it is written that “If I will not be satisfied by the services provided by roozgar.com then I can claim for refund after 3 days of getting services within 7 days”. He was also told me repeatedly that it is a govt approved organization.

So I paid 1685.4(1500+12.36%service tax) by ICICI online banking and I got email for the same. Then he told me as I am an experienced engineer, so I have to get service of “Profile verification”, so I done. In same way I have paid total 12000. After payment, they said that they will arrange an interview within 48hr. Even after 2 days they didnt called me. So, called back at the same number (0120-4643950), But it was not working. Then I moved to website “www.roozgar.com”, there term and conditions was changed that 7 days of refund claim period was reduced to 24hrs. I called to the contact (0120-6699099) given in website but they denied to refund money as 24hrs has been over and also denied for any interview. Please help me. Company: Aapka Roozgaar Services Pvt.
