A tender document was sent on Pripority Overnight service to ONGC, Panvel, Mumbai on 11th Oct. 2014. The tender last date was 17th Oct. 2014 at 4 PM. The courier never reached ONGC, Panvel. We lost the tender.

We are a SME ( Small Scale Company). Getting a break in ONGC is a big step for us. We have also checked up, we were the lowest bidder ( but our bid never reached ONGC). We lost this tender ONLY because of NO DELIVERY
