I am hurt by the way the service engineer repair the samsung india washing machine and the behavior of engineer and customer care afterwards. My washing machine was malfunctioning and i registered a complaint and request for repair to the SAMSUNG service office at complaint number 8435206862. On 20/09/2013, engineer came and repaired the machine. He gave me bill of Rs. 1850/- (S. N0. W0049ZCT801957A).That bill has call no. as 4159111151. He told me that you should use the machine on next day. Next day on 21/09/2013, my mother started the machine for use, suddenly the machine got damaged. Again i called the engineer and customer care about the incident but they are not ready to listen anything. Kindly see in the matter and ask them to repair the machine.
