I have filled my Bike with the BPCL Petrol on 22nd January, 2015 with 200 Rs. which needs to be filled of 3 Liters. usually my bike give on an average of 70 KMPL but this time it gave only 51 KMPL. It was a drastic change I can understand if the change is of 1-2 KM or of 5 KM but 20 KMPL is a huge change which is resulting coz of the quantity of Petrol. Next time today only when I have reached to the same Petrol Pump i.e. on 24th January, 2015 and have asked the person to fill it with 200 Rs. and asked him to set 200 in the Meter of the Pump he said go to next outlet as the meter is not working. I have went to next outlet and the same thing is to be asked he also said the meter is not working properly go to next outlet. I argued him why are you people making me move from one outlet to other he simply said go and speak to manager don’t talk to us. When he saw me angry he said these 4 meters are not working that outlet’s Meter is working go there. The behavior was showing some fishy is there.

Economic damage is to everyone who is getting their car’s or Bike’s filled with Petrol and Diesel there. I have got almost 1 ltr. less petrol and who knows if others are not noticing this thing and keep on getting cheated.

I don’t want any relief for me but for all other person. and the People who are getting cheated. Some measures to be taken and come up with some innovation or idea where the consumer can get their vehicle filled with fuel and get rest assured that they are not getting cheated.
