I am Sampath Kumar from bangalore. My Reliance Postpaid Data card no is 9342061593 and July month bill is Rs.2511.
On that July month, I have Day allowance- 13 GB (Monthly Allowance 8GB+ Additional Quota 5GB) & Night allowance-20 GB (Monthly Allowance 15GB + Additional Quota 5GB) 20 GB at 256 kbps. My usage is 3.1 GB in Day and 2.3 GB in Night.
For that, Why I want to pay Rs 2511 for it?

Note: I already complaint to Customer Care and Appellate Office (Complaint no- 116261) in Writing (Subramanya arcade, Bannerghatta road). Till now, I didn’t receive any calls or mail about my complaint status excluding Bill. Now I understood why the DoT has started 1037 Customer Helpline to appeal against the Appellate authority which is careless in complaint resolutions.
