I purchased an Orpat room heater from snapdeal.com on 16th July 2014. I got the delivery this week and was surprised to see the MRP on the box as Rs. 1290/-. They have charged me Rs. 1390/- which is over the MRP.
They have cheated me and charged me illegally. I demand Full refund and suitable compensation for the mental harassment I have gone through. The Government of India must mandate all companies to maintain an online database of MRP they sell in the Indian market so that consumers are not cheated.
