Vodafone charged for my BB plan renewal of 6 months two times in September bill 2249 charged twice in one month… Called to customer support they said this is your fault i kept on asking why you have charged 2 times for the same service in reply they are saying it is your fault only we cant do anything
i want to remove this twice charges and this company will provide me free service of BB plan for 6 months in place of my mentally stress.. i am using this service from last 4.5yrs never faced this problem but these guys taken revenge of all years in one month.
