The dealer blocked the refill booking of the gas cylinder arbitrarily and without information to me. the same was communicated to the HP Gas consumer cell in Bhopal. But the situation has not been resolved. His main grievance is of old coupons but that has been resolved since then. As it is he cant block the booking of gas cylinder without prior information or notification. The dealer doent want to speak over the phone and wants an affadivit. I am not getting any cooperation from the HPCL consumer cell also.
