I had applied for DBC connection (reference number DBC-1698) on 14 Aug, 2013. Even after waiting for 5 months the distributor is telling me to wait till 10 Jan, 2014. I have already visited the distributor many times. Please let me know when I will get an additional gas cylinder. On 10 Jan, 2014 dealer is asking me to call tomorrow. This tomorrow is never ending please help. I have already registered complaints with the HP gas consumer cell multiple time (two of the complaint numbers are 13067425, 13123098)

1. Please issue me the second cylinder. 2. As I have already visited the dealer many times the dealer should reach me and do the required documentation. 3. Dealer should be fined so that he stops harassing consumers.
