The gas was not delivered to us even though its status is showing as delivered on the hp website. The service provided by the gas agency is pathetic. The above complaint was registered with the agency but the complaint was closed stating that the gas will be delivered. But there was no delivery made.We have already registered so many complaints against this agency but hpcl does not take care of these. Regards

i want to change the gas agency. there is no other solution . the gas agency already has so many complaints against it.
