my residence is 500m frm the kannur railway station, 3km frm the gas agency n 3km frm the gas godown. as per the order of the dist. collector no delivery charges for a distance of 5km in city limits. the delivery man says if u want the cylinder i shld pay him bill + 51rs. this is with the knowledge of the receptionist which he confirmed on phone.

unnecessary delay and arguing in gas delivery ,overpricing of the cylinder,

retrun the excess amount and apologise for the misleading reply of delivery charges being a must
