1- Sent my HTC Amaze for Screen Replacement with Rs. 250 Service charge. Date: 4/10/2014 2- Company Replace faulty screen and delivered to me on 10/10/2014 Friday evening and Paid another 3500 3- after delivery I realise service fault and faulty screen 4- Given then call about problems as below 1- Screen Sensor not working 2- Blue Light shade at bottom of screen 3- Sensor light blinking continuously (can be seen in low light) 4- there is clear space in screen top right which making sound when we slightly push and making continuous sound by slight push with ear when we talk on mobile 5- they collect mobile again from me on 13/10/14 6- Fixed issue number 4 by applying glue beneath screen which is clearly visible on screen and phone looking ugly 7- They attempt delivery but i refused as my issue not resolved 8- asked to fix all issues or return my phone with previous condition and refund my money 9- talked many time with various person in company 10- they sending me phone again with same issue and declining giving refund. I am seeking to resolve my complain here

I demand my refund as Rs. 4000 with my phone with same condition i gave to company.
