I’ve purchased HTC desire 501 about 3 months ago for Rs. 16,750. It suddenly blacked out without taking any falls or jolts. The service centre is about 20 kms from my place to and fro where they deal only with software related issues, in case of major phone will be couriered to Bangalore. I’ve submitted the phone 3 times to be sent to bangalore but the problem is persisting. They don’t even care to provide substitute phone for the customers in case of emergencies. such worst service they maintain. Other brands are lot better especially Nokia and Samsung they sincerely attend to issues and have good servicing.

I want a fresh handset replacement and apology from the higher authorities. that’s it.Apology and replacement I seriously need.
