This is vaibhav kharade having problem of repair and replacement related issue serial no is HT44BPGA0002 and ticket no of complaint 14INCW17ENA000313 As i purchased mobile phone htc desire v for rupees 13500 on last year 13-04-2013 then in December mobile is started problem then i traveled pune Maharashtra for repair from solapur(maharashtra), then after five times to Hyderabad(AndhraPradesh)in between 5 times repair and 2 times replacement then even after its giving the same problem , and i am suffering through this issue from last 4 months , and as per warranty policy i want and equivalent different product but they are giving same product again and i don”t want that phone again, i pleased in front of them but they are not considering my problem and i invested more than 4 thousand for traveling so please help me to get out from that.

i want Refund with all cost what i have invested upto now or an equivalent product of that price but mostly i want refund because i dont want to go with that company again so please help me to getting out of this problem
