I have been cheated by the HTC phone manufacturer for replacing me a malfunctioning phone and then repairing it although me persisting that there is chance of the device getting faulty is high. Now there is problem with the device and my 37 thousand have no worth because of this brand

want my phone to be replace with new phone and not some refurbished or repaired phone
