I purchased htc cell phone on December 2015 and suddenly phone was damaged by me in February 2016 and the display of phone is broken i took my phone in htc service center on 16-02-2016 and they claimed me for repairing charges of 6500 in thier job sheet it is clearly mentioned that i will get back my phone after 10 working days i.e. 29-02-2016 but today the date is 7-3-2016 htc company not giving me the proper date of repair and replacement also.

I want that they should replace me with the new & same cel phone which i bought the module name is htc one e9s dual sim Price 21,500.
