Its a defective device.The device started giving problems from 2nd Month of purchase.There has been display problems ,power issues.I am tired of running after HTC for getting my new device repaired. I am not interested in repaired device.Kindly refund my money. The customer service is not cooperative. Despite repeated calls I don”t get response.I have tried escalating the matters,the customer service has postponed the final delivery date of device
