Since we have brought the cell on 11th may 2012 HTC One V, we are facing trouble with its hardware. The cell has sent to the service center thrice in warranty period. Now after warranty has expired the same issue has been experienced. And the company now its denying to repair the same and charging us Rs 10000 for the same previous issue. As this was gift from my Husband so need this mobile any how.

Get my cell repaired free of cost, ( because it created the same hardware issue thrice in a year) or else kindly replace the same.
