I purchased Huawei ascend p6 mobile from technovision, secunderabad on 02.02.14 for rs.25,500/- . Recently i got a problem of sim unrecognising from 08.01.15. Then immediately i gave it to service centre (sri vinayaka electronics) located at on 10.01.2015 vide job ticket no 10227. They were kept the phone till 19.01.2015 stating that phone part has been ordered. On 20.01.15 they communicated that phone is having a bend inside mother board. When i asked them to provide the history of job card they forcebly took the job ticket photo copy from me and provided me the job ticket which shows phone was took by them on 22.01.15 and delivered on 22.01.15. They are not even attempted to check the phone properly. As the warranty is expires on 01.01.2015 i don’t have any option expect to bear the loss because of this service centre.
I demand that MY MOBILE be REPAIRED by the Huawei Service Center.
