Huawei E 303 Mobile Given for Repair Not Returned by Customer Care

I am hanok using Huawei E 303-Cs Cloud and due to Weak signal auto disconnect problem ,I submitted my device on 26 of OCT after two days they told to me device to be replaced with in three days .But Till now They didn’t replaced and returned . I am very anguish regarding the same .Please solve my problem as soon as possible.My contact no is 9030986228.
