I purchased Huawei e3131 B in Indore in Feb 2014. Since starting while using and running condition in the mid it starts showing problems like Sim not Found / Device not Found. I am totally fade up with the problem. I wrote a mail to the company at service.hw.in@huawei.com and waited for more than a month but never got a reply. Also tried for a solution on 1800-209-6555 but never got a appropriate solution. At last i submitted by device at Huwaei service centre Gwalior on 7th april 2014 but the service centre didn’t give me any receiving after that. I called them on 13th for the status but that failed to provide the status, after this I visited service centre thrice but again they didn’t provided me with the status of the service. On 24th they called me to collect the receiving and on 25th i again visited to collect that and that day they were ready to give me receiving but again asked for 10 to 15 days to resolve the case. I already waited for 18 days and again they asked me to wait for next 10 to 15 days. So I took my device back from them as they failed to provide the service even in 18 days of time and asking me for 15 days more. During this time I suffered a lot in terms of money as I failed to work because of non-availability of net connection. I am totally fade up with the device and service of the company and I need my money back.
I want my money back spent on device and compensation of work which lost because of non availability of net connection.
