Respected sir,
Sir i have complained to you earlier, regarding my termination but till date I haven’t received any communication from your side,
I joined MetLife India insurance As Sm in udaipur on 30th dec 2009. under mr.jitendra singh.( agency manager) But suddenly on 12 march 2010, my mpower, and lotus id was blocked. and after talking to mr.Gaurav malik(RM), he told me that, the company has terminated me. And for further detail talk to Mr. rohit mathur(RHR).
Then Mr. rohit mathur told me that you didn’t reply of show cause notice dated 5th march 2010( which I got on 9 march 2010), so it means you accepted all the allegations so now you need not to come office and get out from the office with immediate effect.
Since, I had replied of show cause notice on 10 march 2010. I was shocked to here this type of language by an HR manager.
I begged him . to take termination back. And take my resignation. And let me work in notice period. Then Mr. Rohit said me ok, And I send a resignation mail to Mr. Gaurav malik and Mr. rohit mathur. But next day again guard not let me entered in the office. since I came with Rs.50,000 business.
Again I talked to Mr. rohit. He asked me. We can’t accept you resignation, you have been terminated
Sir, I am unable to understand all this , they are playing with my carrier, if I will terminated by the company no one company will hire me. Sir termination is dangerous for my carrier. I have so many responsibilities, my father is cardiac patient. He will tolerate my termination. Sir. Since I joined metlife I have seen that Mr. malik and Mr. rohit mathur terminated 4 SMs and taken 4 Sms resignation. In just one month.
If how a company can grow if there is no stability. How brand can establish. And how we can earn customers assurance.
Sir being a senior person we expect to you that you will think about your employees. This is my sincere request to you look in to this matter an do the needful with me.

Dear sir,
I came to know on 12 march 2010 Friday by mr rohit mathur(HR manager rajasthan) that you are fired and you have been terminated by the metlife india insurance co.
and it will be effective from right now. you will not be able to get the job in any other company.
if you don’t want to terminated then put your resignation right now. so after persuasion by mr. rohit mathur and mr gaurav malik(RM). i put my resignation request by mail only.
Sir, i came here with the lot of expectation in met life. but this is not the way they harasses us and creat the mental pressure. and now they made me, for resignation. sir am the only earning member in my family,i belongs to a middle class family and my father is suffering from heart problem. sir, by saying this i don’t want to get any sympathy from your side.but i want to know the reason. why, they played with my carrier. i hope you will look in my matter and take any needful decision. looking for your reply.
