I bought Hyundai car from the dealer Mithila hyundai and got it delivered on 6/6/2014, although I gave them whole amount of 5.5 lacs on 28/05/2014 through cheque.Before delivery I came across the fact that they are giving me insurance for Rs 16272 which is easily avaialble in market atleast by Rs 4500 cheaper. When I requested them to return my insurance amount I will get it done by myself but they refuse & threatened me to cancel my order. I was in dilema as my car loan EMI had already started on 1/6/2014 how come I can cancel my order. I complain the same in hyundai customer care but no response so finally I dont had any other option left expect from taking the costly insurance. Till now my complain is open but Hyundai customer executives are neglecting me evn after I made several calls to their executives

I want my car first year insurance amount Rs 16272 back so that I can take insurance further of my choice.
