I have purchased a hyundai verna(reg. No. MH.20.CF.9922)from dhoot motors on 31jan 2012, after one month from the date of purchase a problem of gear shifting occurred on Highway while coming from bombay to Aurangabad. .. the problem occurred on several occasions on Highway or in city … they always take the car with them and fix it temporary.you can cheak our car details in their workshop entries. .. they have changed the entire gear box , clutch cylinder, master cylinder, clutch plat, pressure plate, etc. But the problem is still in the car.they ordered some parts from Korea which manufactures the car but it dint worked. I have faced this problem many a times during night on Highway. ..Please help me. I felt that I have purchased a second hand car by paying for new.the car value at the time of purchase ws 10.50 lakh. It is serious mental harresment to me.

I want a new car in exchange of this problematic car and a compensation of mental toucher and harresment.
