I had bought a hyundai pre-owned car from HYUNDQAI ADVANTAGE PRE-OWNED CARS, Trivandrum in Kerala state. They had provided a warranty cover & free service for a period of 1 year from the date of puchase i.e from 03/10/2013 which is valid in all over India. I was using the vehicle in vellore district of TailNadu state since I am working there. Since I felt that the vehicle has some problems while driving I give it for servicing & necessary maintanance @ JAINS HYUNDAI, JAINS CARS PRIVATE LTD., 108, VENKATAPURAM, NEW VASOOR, VELLORE-632009 & informed them that I have warranty cover(on 02/01/2014). But after completion of work they have demanded me to pay the total bill amount of rs. 20339.00 and told me that no warranty will be given on pre-owned cars. I had showed them the warranty card and they were not ready to listen me. At last I got my vehicle after I paid the full bill amount of rs.20339/-on 04/01/2014. Please help me in getting the justice in this case and guide me. When I contacted the Hyundai Advantage pre-owned cars in Kerala from where I purchased the vehicle they told me that the work (replacement of suspension) must be covered under the warranty cover and labour charges also to be covered in warranty.But they had given me a bill of Rs. 20339 in which labour charges of rs.2800 also included. Hence I want the cost of the works done @ the service centre to be covered under warranty wherever warranty is applicable as per the warranty registration form given to me.
