I own a i20 Car 2010 model which I have used only for 40,000 KM as mostly I am traveling outside India and don’t get much chance to drive the card. I gave my car for servicing at Baggha Hyundai Service Center – Chandkheda Ahmedabad and asked that Steering wheel is little tight. They suggested me that Steering wheel assembly needs to be changed (which costed my 15K) after that service 2 indicators started blinking (ABS and Hand brake). I didnt get enough time to go back to them and after 3 months i went there for the check up again. They suggested that brake pads need to be changed. Later when I gave my CAR (4th Nov 2014) they promised to return it back on 15th Nov 2014 but I have not received my CAR yet. In last 20 days they came up with different issues saying that ECR is gone (Cost 70,000) when i asked them if they have confirmed the issue they said NO. Then when i said i will not spend this much money on car they started investigating the issue again and later on 19th they came back saying ABS sensor and PSM is gone. In the end they said PSM (cost 10,000) this is power steering module and ABS module (Cost 45,000) is gone for sure. These guys are fooling me as the issue was not that big when i gave my car now they are saying without replacing these items i will not be able to drive my car. My car is fully opened and i cant do anything. I have been complaining all the customer care channels but i am not getting any response. Can you Please help. I want them to fix my CAR and give it back to me. I dont want to pay any money as they have created all these issues in my CAR. They don’t have experience to repair and that’s the reason why they have damaged it so much.
