THIS MAIL I WROTE TO COMPANY BUT MAIL DELIVERY FAILED EVERY TIME I purchased I20 Sportz on 12-11-2013 from Sree Ram Auto world Pvt Limited.Bhavnagar, Gujarat My 2nd Free service is due on 12-11-2014 , i tried to contact Hundai Sevice Center On 9909989xxx, 9909989xxx but i got ans ware that this number dose not exist again i called your toll free no 1800-11-4645 on 03-11-2014 5:44pm and came to know that your authorized service station is closed permanently and Nearest service center is 200 km far from my city (Ahmedabad, or Rajkot). I have only choose i20 because service center is available in bhavnagar. If now i needs 2nd free service if i drive 200 km to another nearest crevice center it will cost me 2 days, and 25 liter of fuel. I think this is totally unfair for customer I am not willing to go 200 km for 2nd free service.
