Hyundai – product not delivered no positive response received

I have booked one vertical swing with the company on dated 20/10/2013 in an exhibition at Chandigarh and given an advance of Rs 2000/- The delivery time was given within 15 days for the item booked but after taking continuous follow-ups for three months with their owner and representatives, no positive response received instead they pass the buck to one another.

A high penalty should be posed on the seller for not fulfilling commitment and for a long delay in services. Also should be punished to poor customer care services as had not made any call to provide the status of our product.
