I was taken a phone of iball andi 3.5 in the month of June 2013. now it is creates a problem of screen touch and sensor. I also gave my phone on service centre but I received phone one month later. when I started to use phone I got problem that it is not solved again i visited service center but they refuse to accept my phone because it is not creates problem every time. I says that problem not solved but he ignored my request.
I want a relief that either they resolve my problem or change handset or refund amount.
