i have purchased iball andi 4.5d quadro mobile phone one month back.. since last 8 days my mobile screen is broken and i am constantly following up with service centre at nagpur and at mumbai but nobody responds…..

First i talk to service centre at nagpur and the person told me that they have submitted the request for screen and it will be received from mumbai within 4-5 days…. after more than a week now he says it will take another 8-10 days and even within that period he is not sure the screen will be available… there is no other service centre in nagpur nobody responds from mumbai

I want immediate replacement of my touch screen which is broken or a new mobile phone alongwith damages of Rs.5000/-
