My cousin has purchase iball Andi 4.5h mobile last year. after purchase some problem like hang, some error in mobile he has send to service center at Nadiad. But not satisfied replay get. In recent this mobile screen not working. So that again he sen to service center at Nadia. but replay from company that company has no spares part available. I have personally writedown to company regarding this issue but same replay given. Why company not provide spares of instrument.

I have purchase iBall Andi 4.5 at cost of Rs.10000. After purchase I have suffer & create panic. So that we demand Rs.100000 for compassion
