iBall Mobiles – Customer Service / Repairs – Review

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have given my mobile for service with a issue of over heating and not charging on 17-02-2015 to the Chennai service center ( R Square Communications Pvt ltd ) . The service center has not properly replied me till date about the mobile status.The staff over there doesn’t knows how to speak with a customer and answer their queries. They are even Denying to provide their manager no and whenever I called Manager is not available. I have personally called them on Saturday 22-02-2015 and they told its ready and we have replaced the board and charging I.C. . I have told the manager that I wont accept a defective piece like that . A mobile which was bought 9 months back and has so many issues that u need to change the original parts within such span of time.

I told I need a replacement immediately. The Manager , denied for it . On Monday I had a Conversation with Senior Supervisor Mr.Rajeev from Customer Care Department. We had a con call with Service center . But the response which we got from service center was shocking . they had raised a new job sheet on Monday stating that camera of mobile is not working properly. but I don’t have such issue with my mobile and I have never reported . To note , on Saturday they said the mobile is ready and again on Monday they have raised a new job sheet . Whats this happening ? its mere a fraud from Chennai service center and from your end. On the con call with Chennai service center and Mr.Rajeev , the solution was not provided . The way the service center responded was not at all expected . even Mr.Rajeev was shocked to hear the responses . The Service center accepted that they have raised a new job sheet without informing the customer and giving unnecessary answers. the two Executives from service center Mr.Solomon and Mr.Mani do not know how to speak with a decent and a educated Customer .They treated me as a local , uneducated guy and trying to fool me by saying we have done this and that. I am daily getting calls from company to collect my mobile back. I am not ready to collect it because I know they have done a fraud by selling me a defective peice. They are saying that I have come to service centre for first time and the company dont have any replacemtn policy . So what does that means , one has to go daily to service centre and report issues. The executives from company are behaving with a rude manner and one Executive Mr. Saurav ( G care Co ordinator) Said me do what ever you want , We dont care , Go and even complaint or file a case we wont change the mobile. Is this a way one should reply to a customer ?

I am facing lot of business losses without my mobile . I am not able to work without my contacts and its been more than 15 days I am suffering heavy losses and all My clients and waiting for my response. I am facing a mental torture everyday without my mobile and losses is raising. Till I receive my mobile back , I want a compensation of Rs. 100000/- ( One Lakh only ) for all such torture and my business losses
