iberry – Faulty phone sold refund my money

had Booked my phone online on 14th July, 2013 and received it on 6th August,2013. The phone was faulty.There was shock while charging. I complained to the company and they asked me to return the phone back. i returned the phone and got my replaced phone (as per them) on 28th august.(3 weeks) However the replaced phone is also faulty. there are many faults in it. I told the company to replace the phone but they are refusing it asking me to first return the phone. which means i will hav to wait for another 3-4 weeks .
