Ibibo – Cancelled tickets no information – refund

I cancelled my tickets on 26 nov 2014 between 2AM- 2.30 AM for which i am still waiting to get my refund. These people says it was not cancelled on line and they did not get any information from my side . When i cancelled the booking it asked me to enter PIN received that I entered to cancel the booking (GOBUSff0351416695320) and booked the ticket again (Booking ID: GOBUSdc2fb1416947450) for same day and that too for same persons. IF i would not have cancelled the tickets then i definitely would not booked tickets for same day and same person. Go ibibo dot want to understand and not refunding my money. They are saying i chose incorrect option to cancelled the tickets which means i did cancellation timely.
